First : Customers’ Terms of Services.
- * webPDH team is committed providing required services after payment is received.
- * We obligate to preserve clients’ personal information and to protect the disclosure of their data.
- * It is not allowed to publish or to upload any data that can be against the Islamic percepts.
- * It is not allowed to host websites that convey any type of prejudice or discrimination to any staffs, parties, or institutions.
- * We advise our clients not to disclose their server data (user name and password), otherwise their sites’ data will be attacked and stolen by hackers.
- * Clients must not upload any kind of shel or files to the server that contain malicious data.
- * Clients must not upload or use unauthorized scripts, since this must lead to close the sites.
Second : Instructions to clients.
- * Email is the primary communication way with clients, while messenger is the second one for communication.
- * webPDH team only acknowledges the email for requesting services, while the Messenger is only used for further communication and understanding clients’ requirements.
- * You must only communicate with the tem members who have company email (@webPDH.com), whereas other emails are not related to the company business.
- * You should register with webPDH team providing your valid emails, which are only used to contact clients.
Third : Company Terms of Services.
- * Your use of services is banned by causing a malfunction to the Server. This will definitely terminate your services immediately without notice and clients have no rights to resume the services under any circumstances.
- * Clients who make false claims or try to perform any harmful actions against the webPDH team definitely lead to terminate their services immediately without notice and clients have no rights to resume the services under any circumstances.
Fourth : Clarifying Important points.
- * Customers who feel that any of the previous terms have been unfairly applied on them and resulting in lost services, have a right to request an appeal to retrieve their services. This request should be submit directly to the administrator of the webPDH team.
- * Customers' acknowledgement and agreement on the terms of services is supposed upon accepting the services.
- * webPDH team has a right to change the conditions of terms of service at any time without previous noticed to the customers.
- * These terms are put to preserve the clients' rights and the company's rights, and we strongly committed to them. Our Customers are also strongly advised to obligate the terms.
Fifth : Important Notes to clients who interested in webPDH programming Company.
- * You are forbidden to use any script in a way that is in opposition to the Islamic terms.
- * You are forbidden to sell any script until you got a written permission from the webPDH Team, otherwise you shall.
- * The copyright shall be put in the script and will not be changed until an agreement is reached between you and the company.
- * Most recent advanced techniques and programs shall be used in programming the website or the script based on the clients' requirements.
